Hello Beauties! Fall is one of my favorite seasons of the year. Sadly, Summer may be over, but that doesn’t mean your Summer glow has to go along with it. With that in mind, I have recently been trying out a lot of highlighters on my cheekbones so I look more dewy, and less plain.
If you’re new to the whole concept of highlighters, they are basically what you apply to your face after foundation, contour, and blush. You usually apply highlighters to the high point of your cheeks, or wherever else you would like. I like to apply this highlighter on the high points of my cheek, down my nose, my cupid’s bow, chin, and my brow bones to enhance my brow shape. Think of highlighters as the icing on a cake—it’s the eye-catching part of your makeup.
This highlighter I am reviewing, and urging all my beauty addicts out there to try out is the Mac Mineralize Skinfinish Powder in Soft and Gentle.
This highlighter is a dome-shaped powder highlighter that is compact, so if you’re someone like me who likes to carry makeup around in your purse, than this is the highlighter for you. The powder comes in five shades: Lightscapade, Gold Deposit, Cheeky Bronze, Soft and Gentle, and Global Glow.
This illuminating powder is quite pricey, but I feel like it’s worth the money since it gives you such a healthy, beautiful glow, and I find this highlighter doesn’t make me oily. Since it’s a peachy, bronzy color it makes you look slightly tan, and I love that about this highlighter since I still want to keep the Summer look during the cold, breezy weather to come.
Overall, I am in love with this product and I use it daily with or without makeup, and will definitely repurchase it in the future.

- Nothing else is wrong with it, this is perfect
