Hey everyone! For my first post, I’d like to share a few not-so-quick sketches I‘ve drawn. The picture of a succulent started out as a little drawing exercise I did as I was trying to figure out what to do with my column from the last cycle, Behind the Scenes. The caption at the bottom was mostly meant as a little joke for my friends and I, but the more I stared at it, the more I liked the idea of having a drawing and a punch line (hah PUNch line, get it?) underneath it, and thus, Here For a Pun Time was born. I wish I could say that there was some inspirational backstory for the second picture of the sashimi guy as well, but really it’s just me being too entertained by stupid jokes I see on the internet.
