I’m doing the Fire Noodle Challenge! What is the Fire Noodle Challenge you may ask? According to Kenny’s Diner Handbook, the Fire Noodle Challenge is: “a viral challenge where people film themselves attempting to complete a bowl of buldak-bokkeum-myeon. Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen or buldak-bokkeum-myeon (Korean: 불닭볶음면), commonly known as the fire noodles, is a brand of ramyeon produced by Samyang Food in South Korea since April 2012. By 2014, the company reached more than 100 million cumulative sales and by 2015, sales reached 6 to 7 billion! Buldak-bokkeum-myeon is known for being one of the spiciest ramyeon available in the Korean market. It comes with a sauce sachet, like a stir-fry with flakes that are made up of dried laver and sesame seeds.” BAsically what I’m trying to say here is that fire noodles are spreading like wildfire!
