Here’s the deal: it takes practice to master harmonizing and it takes even more practice to enjoy your own writing (most of the time). I write a lot of garbage, like a lot of garbage, but it’s all part of the process. This is a simple 32 second voice memo of Caitie and I singing together to a melody we were experimenting with. I’m going to be hitting the studio again this week, hopefully nailing the vocals that we began recording in this session. I will keep you posted!
