Fletcher Bergeron – Warehouse

Two high school kids are exploring an abandoned warehouse, a place they’d been so many times. This time, something is different…

This movie was very much a mix of all my inspirations. I grew up watching old monster movies like the original Godzilla movies, so I took inspiration from them for the suit. I love experimental movies, so I went for a lot more of an avant-garde vibe.

I also based it off my friend, Alex Solomon, who recently passed. We loved watching monster movies, and he loved abandoned places and exploring them. That’s how I decided on the setting for the movie, which was an actual abandoned warehouse in the dogpatch.

It was definitely a challenge to make: location scouting was difficult and the editing process took so long, especially the found footage. I’m so happy with how this movie turned out, and I feel that it was a good tribute to my friend. I hope you enjoy-
