Dear readers, in the coming weeks you may notice that The Wave will be a bit quieter than usual. But fear not, for with the 2016/2017 school year now underway, Sunset Media Wave is currently recruiting a new batch of talented Bay Area teens to help us in our mission of taking over the web—or, at least carving out a pretty cool corner of the digital landscape for ourselves.
After saying goodbye to some longtime contributors this summer (who are now embarking on new journeys on college campuses around the globe), we are currently in search of local Bay Area teens with a PASSION that they just can’t wait to share with the world! Whether you are into art, photography, writing, music, film, design, fashion, games, anime, politics, social issues, or really anything else, we want you to bring that passion to The Wave and share it with our audience. In the process, you’ll develop a column of your own, learn some digital publishing skills, and be a part of a genuinely creative team!
