As we are concluding this cycle at Sunset Media Wave, I have been getting more and more motivation to take in the simplicity of day to day life. The products have been some of my favorite due to their quality, while not looking like traditionally aesthetic photos. I have been learning to manipulate the light in shots to add to their elusiveness. It helps give me a brighter view of this world, both literally and figuratively. I have been reaching back into the past and enjoying a variety of older music from Tyler the Creator’s Cherry Bomb album to groups from the 90’s like Mos Def. This has been such a beautiful and eyeopening experience that has shaped my views on life and sculpted my thoughts on art drastically. Who knows what this new view could do. We’ll see…
