Since I can remember, music has always been a part of life and in the last few years, it has really changed how I have perceived the world. Whenever I want an escape, I just close my eyes, listen to my favorite songs and I am brought into a different universe of my own making. In this altered reality, I want to capture the beauty in a song’s story. Ethereality will show my love for music and photography and everything in between.
Some genres that frequently grace my playlists are pop and k-pop, from artists like Sabrina Carpenter to bands like BTS. The music and stories they share make people like me feel what they are feeling, and I hope to do just the same with this column. My photography tends to branch towards skyscapes and all things nature, but I am excited to try more styles and techniques and maybe learn some things along the way!
